our story
CB Molisani literally means Molisani Foods and was born from an idea shared by two gentlemen and friends, Pasquale Felice and Pasqualino Fierro, who, driven by a common passion, began to cultivate healthy products of the earth.
Moreover, CB is also the acronym of Campobasso, a city immersed in the infinite green of Molise region, precisely in the territories of Vinchiaturo and Fossalto, where the different production systems are located and where the Felice and Fierro families have a history that begins in 1965 and has been handed down for generations.
Not only healthy but also green, because we deeply respect nature.
In the industrialized agriculture, the water utilized in large quantities is mainly absorbed by the soil but only a small part is adequately exploited by the plant. This has negatively affected the reputation of industrialised agriculture as it acts with little transparency in the production process, as well as in food distribution and supply chain. We know that today’s consumers are sceptical about the actual nutritional value of agricultural products that come to their tables because of both food production methods and transport.
