In soil-free agricolture there is no need of pesticides and potentially toxic chemical substances, because crops are protected and indoors. Being grown indoors reduces the risk of a plant being exposed to parasites. In a controlled and soil-free cultivation environment, the amount of water consumed can not only be monitored, but controlled to efficiently use only what is needed, which affects the quality of the final product. Agriculture without soil offers consumers a food option with a higher nutritional value in terms of vitamins and antioxidants. Furthermore, the minimal or almost non-existent use of chemicals and the shorter supply chain are considered a better choice for both personal health and environmental health.
How we do it
We believe in innovation, in its being full of news and improvement. In all these years, we have developed (and will certainly continue to develop in the future) agronomic techniques that will allow us to redevelop agricultural areas and recover land that would have been abandoned. All this respecting the crops, the quality of the product and the work. How do we do it? By making us help those who know the earth better than anyone else: insects, microorganisms of our territory. Thanks to them we implement some fundamental activities: prevention from diseases and the defense of our plants: we have different species of microorganisms and insects that feed on parasites that attack our crops and create a balance in our ecosystem. Then we have bees and bumblebees that help us during pollination periods, allowing us to produce perfect fruits.

We are producers who know the land, its seasons, its rhythms and its difficulties and for this reason our operational choices are always led by a big responsibility. We love our work and the passion that guides us is nourished by the reality that we live every day. We have a huge love for the land and its fruits and we have always honored them by making ourselves creators and promoters of new cutting-edge cultivation techniques, thanks above all to technical and management support, always innovative and cutting edge. We believe that the technique must always be at the service of production so those who do research are called to get their hands dirty, to live intensely the countryside to learn to know it more and more to improve the production processes and the quality of its fruits. We move with dynamism to be protagonists of innovations and carriers of innovation in our sector.
We apply all our knowledge, with the most care during production, to try to obtain the best products, in full compliance with the techniques, crops and regulations that govern our sector. Our commitment is always the same: to continuously improve the quality of our little fruits, of the work in the countryside, of the health of the crops, of the workers and of the territory. With this spirit we want to be able to enjoy as many people as possible our productions, the most tasty varieties of strawberries, edible flowers and lettuce.
